Remediation Consulting, LLC assists cosmetic companies to comply with the Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, and the Fair Packaging and Labeling Act.   This includes our advisory role for critical scientific studies, product claims, labeling and advertising, applicable GMPs, and related regulatory filing strategies.  While  the law does not require cosmetic products to have FDA product approval prior to marketing, laws exist to regulate cosmetic marketing for interstate commerce.  We partner with the cosmetic industry to preclude the adulteration or misbranding of cosmetic products regulated by law, and whose safe use is entrusted by your customers.
